What is 'My Exercise Diary' ?
My Exercise Diary is a free program you can download and install onto your PC. It helps you record your exercise sessions with sections for anaerobic, aerobic and jogging. Once you have entered several sessions the program will create charts and reports which indicate your performance trends. 'My Exercise Diary' also includes a 'Dashboard' which summarises your fitness in the different exercise categories. The program also estimates your ability to complete a Marathon and the time it will take you based on national averages.

Hello there and welcome to my Free Health and Fitness Software site.
After searching Google for different kinds of fitness and diet software to help me track my workouts and calorie intake I become frustrated with the programs I downloaded, either they did not work very well or were so complicated you would need a month or so just to get to grips with the basics. I also found many had hidden costs, even ones that were advertised as free!
As I was a programmer anyway I decided to create my own programs.
All the software on this site is guaranteed to be totally free with no advertising or catches. I do not make any money from the programs I simply want to share them with everyone rather than keep them to myself. If you have any ideas for other programs please let me know by contacting me above.
